How to Put a Wahl Trimmer Back Together

Open the case by unscrewing the four screws on the back with a Phillips head screwdriver.

That’s it! You’ve now successfully replaced the motor on your Wahl trimmer.

Replace the battery.

If your Wahl trimmer is not working, one of the first things you should check is the battery. If the battery is dead, you will need to replace it.

1. Remove the old battery by unscrewing the two screws that hold it in place.

2. Insert the new battery into the trimmer, making sure that the positive and negative terminals are facing in the correct direction.

3. Screw the battery cover back on.
